Re: Commonwealth triseries 2nd finals - Eng v Aus Gilly's standing up to McGrath and taking quite cleanly the 138 k ball. I think the speed gun is exaggerated in Australia. That ball hardly looked 130 to me.

Re: Commonwealth triseries 2nd finals - Eng v Aus England faltering in the end, I think they have scored way less than what is required on SCG pitch. Quite an icing on the cake for McGrath to have picked up a wicket off what is supposed to be his last international ball he has bowled in his home ground. :wtg:

Re: Commonwealth triseries 2nd finals - Eng v Aus Not worth it mate, this one is for Australia. Way too much inexperience in the bowling order for the poms.

Re: Commonwealth triseries 2nd finals - Eng v Aus Is the rain gonna save the aussies from rampant england? :hic: Ponting and Hussey go out of form and they start losing matches and now no Symonds. WC is wide open :hmph:

Re: Commonwealth triseries 2nd finals - Eng v Aus Covers are coming off now, England need about another 4 overs to be bowled to ensure there is a result in this game. England of course have their noses ahead at this point in time even with the DL method.

Re: Commonwealth triseries 2nd finals - Eng v Aus Play will restart in 10 minutes and Australia will have a target of 211 off 33 ... that's another 133 off 16.4 overs. dont worry rajeev :hic:

Re: Commonwealth triseries 2nd finals - Eng v Aus Yay go Rajeev, there is more incentive for us all on this board to cheer England. We are behind you Rajeev on this one :wtg:

Re: Commonwealth triseries 2nd finals - Eng v Aus 18.2 Panesar to Watson, FOUR, full toss outside off, Watson looks to thump in straight, gets a thin edge and the ball trundles for four through the unprotected third man area 18.1 Panesar to Watson, SIX, one step and a massive drive way over long-on, ten rows back :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:

Re: Commonwealth triseries 2nd finals - Eng v Aus Watson could be gone here, a close call for stumping. Ruled not out by the third umpire :wall:
