4 day Test idea can die now

one of the stupidest ideas ever in cricket can be laid to rest now. So many of the matches are on the edge at the end of day 4 and without 5th day Test Cricket would just die out.

Funny thing is that the whole concept and ifea sounds weird. If 5 days is boring to someone then anything pretty much which is longer than a t20 or 50 overs will look boring to such people, be it 3 day, 4 day or 5 day. So for that chunk of people its futile to change the length of first-class game. 

 

Only change needed for test cricket is to include super sub to allow a batsman or bowler to fill in incase of an injury so a team doesn’t have to suffer through out the test playing with 10 players or one bowler short.
