Hyderabad me you have JawaharLal Nehru Technical University, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Rajiv Gandhi Stadium.

Rajiv Gandhi was another "pappu" of his own era.

There is no dearth of intellectuals in Karnataka to import someone unknown to locals. They have worked on education sector in Karnataka. These are the same people screaming Hindi imposition or oppose any bridge or tree named after Savarkar or Shivaji Maharaj. Slavish mentality nevertheless
