fineleg
I cannot believe that match after match when our bowlers do a reasonably good job, our batting struggles and struggles to overhaul the modest of totals. Link to comment
DomainK
Our batsmen have an ability of making any target look difficult. Link to comment

fineleg
Madness by Yuvi...just when we were having some measure of control on the game, and only along the ground shots, and singles were sufficient, he tries to clear the ropes! Link to comment
Guest whineleg
I think Australia are 120/minus-20 favourites for sure, now that Dhoni has been run out. Link to comment

Guest whineleg
I cannot believe that match after match when our bowlers do a reasonably good job' date=' our batting struggles and struggles to overhaul the modest of totals.[/quote'] What do you mean our bowlerz did a reasonably good job? I thought they bowled very badly. Yes, we got early wicketz, but we weren't able to bowl them out. India has poor bowlez who lack killer instinct and are not good enough to win matchez. 200 is too many for us to chase, our bowlerz should have known after the last match vs. Auz. Why did they not bowl Auz out for less so we could win? From 80/5, they shud have been 150 all out. Link to comment

fineleg
Really we are missing the experience in our batting order. Without B.Lee there was not that big a threat - the rest of the Aus bowlers did well, but we should have won. Lack of experienced campaigners a big issue for us. Link to comment

16 str8
India are 70-30 favorites for sure. India has done WONDERFULLY well to restrict the Aussies, AGAIN. The mood in the Indian camp will be positive and even though they did grind hard for their 160 chase last time, they did have plenty left in the tank. Besides, its only a matter of time before our top order fires, its a good pitch, the Aussie bowling isnt unduly threatening. A lot depends on the top 3. India may send Pathan at no.3 to compensate for the lack of depth in their batting. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: One of your best Maris. :hysterical: Link to comment
mhr123
Playing 5 bowlers Was it a smart move to play 5 bowlers Against Aussies . As it is yuvi had to bowl a little and Sree bowling was a scrap Link to comment
novpj
The issue was team selection The writing was on the wall. I dont understand the team's obsession with playing 5 specialist bowlers. We have a weak batting line up full of youngsters and dont have Sehwag at the top. I am not saying we would have won if we had an extra batsman but it would have reduced the pressure on SRT and other batsmen. Link to comment
talksport
I think we are one bowler short...We should play with 6 Bowlers.... Link to comment

bharat297
I think 5 was a good idea but I felt the 5th needed to be Piyush Chawla rather than Munaf as he provides us with a bit of batting capability aswell. Also, I feel its time Raina got a look in. However, everything looks good in hindsight. If someone said to you, would you drop 1 batsman for the opportunity to keep Australia to 9/203, what would you say? Link to comment
bharat297
I dont think the lack of extra batsman lost it for us. we had batting all the way down to 7 ... to chase 204, on this pitch was not a huge ask. Id say bringing Pathan in at 3 is simply a waste of a batsman. Link to comment
