Is this the most successful tour of Australia since the 90s?

Is there any other team that has tested the Aussies so severely in both test and odi cricket during the same tour? We really are their achilles heel, next time we will humiliate them and make them beg for mercy :two_thumbs_up:

2003/04 was also good.

It's probably the most successful tour by a team since 1992-1993(when WI beat OZ in the test series). It's also comparable to WI's tour in 1996 when they lost the test series 3-2 and Pak and WI faced off in the finals as OZ got dumped in the prelim stages.

Also NZ held OZ to a 0-0 draw in 2001 and later, RSA and NZ met in the finals, with OZ being dumped again in the prelims. This was the series Bond announced himself on the world stage.

yeh bond was awesome that tour. really ignited that trans-tasman rivalry. shame injuries got the better of him. this tour or the 03/04 tour would probably been on par. although im sure this tour will be remembered better, unfortunately, predominantly for things other than the cricket being played. i think its safe to say there is a bit of a gap to the rest after these 2 teams.. when do we tour india again ?
