kumble_rocks Posted March 11, 2008 Author Posted March 11, 2008 Here is the cool thing about e-books . I can use my Sprint Treo phone which has PDF compatibility vis-a-vis dataviz vendor. So , I am able to read these chase novels through my cellphone.

And I have a Blackberry, hate the second one since always seem to be called for Production Support etc. Have tried reading website news but too tiny for me. Doesnt it take a lot of effort? fineleg Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 I think my late Grandfather (bless his soul) was a fan of James Hadley Chase. His book collection had a lot of JHC books. I've not read them - is he a mystery writer? My Grandpa used to describe it as 'fast paced' reading. I liked Syney Sheldon

It's okay when you have nothing else to do. Ah yes I can see that. I do that as well, but I am more limited to checking emails and playing games when stuck at Airports or inside a plane. Both these gents borrowed from Chase, and others, and even though they would sell a lot of copies they never garnered critical acclaim or were celebrated writers.
