While Kohli is the league of his own, the numbers by likes of Stokes, Taylor and Buttler are impressive esp. considering that in the MO you have relatively more factors to account for when batting .... Would you rate a good MO batsman (Stokes, Taylor, Buttler, etc.) higher or more valuable than a good top order batsman (Warner, Rohit, Dhawan, etc.)?
