Is Shivam Dube playing for India to bring in Arjun Tenda?

I know it might be a weird theory but I have seen Tenda jr play cricket and I can say that he is much better than Dube all around. His batting is not that dissimilar to him and he is probably a better bowler too. So I think that India select Dube so its easier to kick him out in favour of Tenda Jr, like the selectors would say yeah look we have tried Dube but he's not international class and Arjun is an upgrade over him. 

 

But then all of this goes down to how Tenda Jr play in IPL
