I can hardly remember an opening spell more explosive than Ambrose against England at Trinidad in 1994 who ripped of the flesh of the Englsih batting reminiscent of a cowboy mowing down opponents in a shootout. The batsmen were literally perplexed whether to play back or forward. At Kanpur Marshall's  disconcerting pace and bounce was literally unplayable ,like the attack of a viper.Lille at Melbourne against West Indies was the ultimate epitome of agression .At Lords in 1982 Kapil revealed glory of cricketing spirit in proportions rarely displayed ,taking seam movement to regions rarely traversed. At Old Trafford in 1992 Wasim took art of fast bowling to magical regions .Mcgrath at Lords in 2004 looked the ultimate bowling machine ,with the control of a motor car.Holding at Melbourne in 1981-82 created impact f an inferno with incredible sped through the air.Alan Donald simply mesmerized the Pakistani to order in 1998 in the 2nd test.
