Prasing an opponent's play of the day is NOT equal to SUPPORTING an opponent, and criticising home team's play of the day is NOT deriding home team itself. The difference is known to those who have knowledge of the game and are the game's fans first and THEN only you can be a fan of your team's game.

If good cricket > your team, you will applaud all your opponents landmarks, etc if your team > all else, you wont even praise an opponent. No other city in India would have given the Pakis a lap of honor. Mumbai would have been supporting its team to the last ball, and would not change dholki just cause their team is losing and start praising the opposition. We believe that our team lost because they did not play well, not because the opponent was better, and so we dont need to praise them. Some loser will never understand this.:cantstop:

Your cricketing knowledge is kicking in huh :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: Mind you that ONE paki rolled over your team. Next time ask your thinking tank to get atleast ONE paki in the team, instead of licking Aussie' arses :hysterical:
How about you getting ONE Aussie....err like the one who smashed a record breaking 100 against you to thrash you by 10 wkts, with EVEN wee wee arse scoring at more than run a ball...Oh by the way Our captain is the one who OWNS the Aussies , down under and all Indians played UNDER him...remember...so we were just hiring some outsourced help from those our captain OWNS :eyedance:

Because if we look at team India's player stats SRT >>>>>>> 1000's dhoni's then :hysterical:

Thats what is called ignorance....in sport despite one's best effort of the day, the other side totally outclasses your own side's best efforts...like when Sachin made a 136 on the 4th day of the Chennai test, you may think "sachin didnt play well", but we think " he played his best , but it wasnt enough as Wasim's men outplayed us, and so lets applaud that effort"...mind you NOT support that team *during the game*, but *applaud * afer the game. Diff between knowledge and ignorance

I am an Indian fan, but in 1999 I stood up and cheered Wasim Akram and his team , along with an entire stadium with a standing ovation after they played superb cricket to beat us at Chepauk...and THAT IS WHY even Ravi Shastri and Sunny Gavaskar , both greater Mumbai fans and Indian fans than you and me, called that moment "greatest victory for cricket by the greatest sporting crowd in India" from the comm box.
i heard whenever games happen in Chennai, lot of NOrth Indians and Indians from other parts of India travel to chennai to watcht he game at chepauk. so the sporting crowd is highly overrated.. folkz from other parts of India desreve more credit then only chennaites. it's we the visitors at Chepauk, which makes it a sporting crowd

on other hand, when game is in Delhi or somewhere, no one from chennai bothers to travel to support India. u might find a hindi banner in Chennai, u would never see a person carrying tamil text banner in Delhi or mumbai or any other parts of India. goes on to show, Northiz and all visit chepauk everytime there is a game @ chepauk.. they are the really sporting crowd

Then you stick to Mumbai IPL stats, which sucks bigtime, and dont blame us for getting whooped or for having paid $1million for an injured groin :hysterical:

No. Wasims men did not outplay us. Sachin played well. But the other team was sleeping. Losing 4 wickets with 16 runs to get, you think the team played its best?:haha:

So technically they have been paying him $0 for him to travel with the team and be a part of the management, which is invaluable.
