Ram Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 The success of Russell Peters seems to have spawned a plethora of Indian stand-up comedians in North America. But unlike Russell, most of 'em suck big time. THX_1138 Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 i dont rate russel that high either... typically stereotypical, his material is merely a recycling of one central thesis. the comedians on indian television are not funny either. but having said that, we had a little show in our university some time back and there were some magnificient comedians, a number of whom were of indian origin including yours truly.
