MK55 Posted April 1, 2023 Posted April 1, 2023 (edited) The graphics are obnoxious. Why does everything have to be so glittery n shiny just coz it’s IPL lol. Ends up looking cheap. I get it, they have to use the colors of the teams. But that’s no excuse. Also, there’s a huge delay in showing bowling speeds. Seriously it’s 2023 now. It has actually got worse over the years. Also, I bet these guys can capture a lot more ‘real time’ match data. Not talking of those mundane statistics that these clowns come up with. Emphasis on real time match data. Be at least a lit bit innovative. Also, IPL broadcasting is probably the least innovative of all major leagues. No surprises on that aspect too. Edited April 1, 2023 by MK55
GeeGaw Posted April 1, 2023 Posted April 1, 2023 IPL and cricket as a whole should do like major league baseball and publish every bit of real time data they can get their hands on. Some of the analytics done in MLB over the last ~10 years has been incredible; surely the programming nerds in India can do even better.
