Lack of U19 tours ? Almost no prep for world cup

Wonder what went wrong this time round, there has not been a single tour after Dhull & company won the world cup, absolutely zero international tours. Does anybody have any insight or reasoning for such a lethargic approach to U19 ? Are they feeling overconfident , do they not need any tours ?

They are preparing only through NCA camps then will have challenger trophy and tours or series. Similar to last time.
