Stupid election loophole that needs to be fixed.

Since i will be voting in Indian elections after 15 years i would like to point out a stupid trick parties do to win seats,for example BJP is fielding sitting MPs in many state elections like Rajasthan and MP.If they win the elections with a good majority then these MPs will immediately resign their MLA seats forcing a bye-election.not only will this cost us extra money to hold another election but it isnt fair for the voting public to force them to vote again soon for the same seat.I think you shouldnt be able to contest another local elections if you are a MP or even vice versa unless you resign from that position.
