veer Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 whats the story behind him not playing for NZ squad? Its a shame that he is currently playing for county Hampshire taking 7 wickets and his national side losing by innings defeat in England itself... my heart would burn to see this if i was a kiwi fan..

SachDan Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Its more of Veer's sentiment...the fact is NZ players earn peanuts compared to Indians,English n Aussies.So they would prefer playing where they will get more in 30 days than playing for NZ through out a year.
