Quite a remarkable knock.

 

 

 

 

What's even more surprising , found it from the comments , way back in 1911, a similar knock was played at this very ground by a fellow called Ted Alletson ,who at a certain point scored 142 off 70.

I have beent to few of the couny grounds. Last days you can just walk in and in many cases these matches are very competitive exactly like EPL. The kind of craze. Leic and Sussex both in second division gunning to get into the first division.. Leicester s game to lose after that knock.. but they panicked

Was batting at no.8. But he does look like a batsman. 

 

Problem is- one cannot say anything unless he one sees him facing various bowling types in LO cricket. 

Shots cannot be judged purely by beauty. The camera does not even follow the ball. What is there to even judge?
