Pakistani cheating was on a different level in the 90s

Pak cricketers have been street smart till very recently they discovered dusra, reverse. 80-90 was a corrupt period for cricket and what ever we see now is because of that period.

 

Every 1 was involved in one thing or the other.

 

Other team knew about the reverse swing but they didnt know how to do it initially and once they got to know that one side have to be scuffed-up and other to be shiny they were able to extract some reverse but to do it how pak bowlers were doing it and how often they were doing it needed external assistance, they have been using all kind og things it very common in the domestic level for there. 

 

For others it was not much of a help in their home conditions so they didnt really bothered much about it and for other asn counties they didnt have to pacers to do it.

They lacked pace to make use of reverse swing.

 

The argument that only reverse swing was producing high quality pacers from Pak is wrong and giving the example of 200 test wkts - Akthar, Amir, Asif had all the things required to pick up more test wkts, but it did not happen because of non cricketing reasons.

 

Yes now pak does not have a single test bowler its because pcb itself is inclined towards t20 cricket, they have given up on tests a log time back
