There has been a border dispute between 2 countries for last 60-70 years or more and central to this issue is a Shiva temple which both claim to be in their territory. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preah_Vihear Trump brokered a ceasefire between 2 countries in May and then it was violated again later this year when Thailand deployed their F16s. 2nd round of ceasefire started yesterday. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c0q5je8048xo There was a news of one of the Vishnu idol being demolished by Thailand in one of the regions. Initially there was hardly any reaction in India, but when media asked questions, Indian govt. criticised the incident.
