triam Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 for cardio fit, do stop and starts Boss Bhai, meaning sprint for 15 seconds (full sprint), rest for 30 seconds, sprint again for 15 seconds, even in less than 10 mins you will get a frickin good cardio workout.
triam Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 I have read that running makes breasts sag more, and even your skin sags more, so the benefits may actually be overall health, but may affect how you look. If what I read is a myth please correct me.
veer Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 Oh count me in on the boring part. Even watching a cricket match becomes boring on treadmille :(( Playing tennis is great Veer but unless you are really giving yourself a workout it may not be very effective. Most players play tennis at a leisurely paced and that may not be good. It is very handy in maintaining flexibility and giving you loose/limber muscles. Still you need running to take care of your heart and bump up metabolism Veer. Dont give up on tennis though, it is great for flexibility..and sudden raising of heart beat if you make a sudden run for a drop shot or the kind. I play tennis with my brother so it is competitive.. so end of the game its huffing puffing and sweating.. shukriya sahab..
