THX_1138 Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 i take in 2400-2600 and burn off around 1900-2600. yeah that sounds about right... though i m guessing its still 400-500 calories more than an average individual. i consume anything from 1200 to 3000 calories a day depending on the day of the week... doubt i burn such a high percentage of the intake as you do.

I am 6 "3" around 204 pounds.
