coffee_rules Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 There is currently a debate in NYC if a mayor should have term limit of 2 terms in office or should it be left to the voters to decide. May be in American context it is not required, but I wish we had term limits for politicians in India who hold office, especially for PMs, CMs, and even MPs. A Max of 2 terms should be enough. This way, they will not be filling up their coffers through out their lifetimes in office and let others share the booty!
