Re: breaking news bob woolmer hospitalized from cricinfo. Canada's innings is about to start but there's some dreadful news coming in from the Caribbean - Pakistan's coach Bob Woolmer has been found unconscious in his hotel room and has been taken to hospital. Woolmer, 58, was discovered lying on the floor of his room, with vomit around him, at 10.45am and was taken by ambulance to hospital at 11.50am. "We have taken Bob Woolmer to the hospital and he is in the emergency ward," Pakistan team media manager Pervez Mir told AFP. At 14.30 local time, Woolmer was still unconscious.

Re: breaking news bob woolmer hospitalized omg I hope all is okay--STOP joking about this--it could be heart related. Damn!!!!!! This is quite possibly the worst day for Pakistan cricket. These guys are in hell.

Re: breaking news bob woolmer hospitalized No one is joking yaar. We all wish Bob chacha speedy recovery. My uneducated guess- Vomit = sharab or poison. I don't think heart attack causes you to vomit. Any desi doctors here?

As far as I know vomitting can be one of the symptoms of a heart attack. Maybe our resident doc can confirm.

Re: breaking news bob woolmer hospitalized Sweet Jesus!! I had predicted this in a very early post of mine. The guy is a sitting time bomb for a heart attack. Hope it isn't that. This is way beyond cricket, folks. Please pray for his recovery.
