All the money then to be used to arm our police with proper non British Raj era weapons. I bet some cops initially died because they had no suppressing fire-power. They always do yaar.. bechare sab se pehle marte hain.. They should atleast give them a 5mm or something.

Search and Surveillance mission mounted by the coast guard looking for any ships heading to Karachi.

I expected a lot more out of the police/anti terrorist infrastructure in Mumbai but there's only so much you can do in a large city populated by millions with some crazy, fanatic *******s running loose with guns and explosives. If these attacks have sources in Pakistan then screw it, that region should just be quarantined from the rest of the world by military blockades. Freakin' places like cuba have been shut out from the rest of the world for decades and they don't send terrorists to places around the world in the name of religion? I say blockade countries like Pakistan/Afghanistan in their naval/land boundaries until the local crazies kill each other out. And just for the record, **** all fanatics.
