It can't be Chris Broad because England are playing But Im suspecting another biased decision from the *****s at ICC That was a dick-move from Harmison, Yuvi never moved from his crease and did never indicate he was going to run, it was totally unnecessary

bowler can be fined for firing the ball at batsman unnecessarily. Harmi deserves a fine here and a warning. But ICC referees will be biased towards Aus, NZ, Eng, SA
