Issiliye pet pe jo tire usko hatane ke liye poore body ka exercise karna hoga. Good news is it is very doable, if you are disciplined enough. Question is - Are you? Start with height, weight and possible age(band bhi chalega, as in between 30-35). Also dietary restrictions, if any, and how much time/effort you can put on exercising.
