But, in terms of better - certainly Bombay has been the primary source of excellent cricketers for India(Sir A notwithstanding). No doubt. Link to comment
fineleg
BTW - the story where Leipus was cursing and really pissed with Bhajji was LOL! Bhajji acted as though he did not know a thing :winky: and Leipus was mad. And Badri said he really liked music a lot, and may have wanted to sing, But L. Balaji would have staged a walk out. Also Vidyut talked abt the pressure and how he handles pressure when folks start comparing him with achievements of his dad (former TN opening batsman) who is a famous cricketer there. And, he also said he gets good tips from his dad on cricket matters. He also talked abt SRT and his experience - (Vidyut's) experience opening with SRT in Challenger Series. Link to comment
Rajan
Dinesh Karthik is so impatient, we think he must have been born is 6 months...-VS I forgot to post this- Vidyuth was telling this about Dinesh karthik. vidyuth was talking in 80% english and just a few words here and there inj Tamil. he made the comment about Dinesh karthik and i was laughing aloud. he also recalled a challenger match where he went in as an opening batsman along with SRT and about the whole crowd of 15-20,000 clapping for SRT,how sachin made him feel comfortable. Raina and Badri are competing for the same slot in national team but they became good friends during IPL.Both like music. Badri went for a music class, because he was genuinely interested but after his attempt, the music teacher sent him off! Badri fell in to a well when he went in search of a cricket ball, while watching a cricket match, he was hanging in the well which did not have water, but there were iron rods protruding, later his father came down and picked him up- when was 11 years old. Macj
Vidyut Sivaramakrishnan and L.B. say that Hayden looks like a big steel 'bero'(spelling?) - what they mean is a big steel chest - huge build and Badri says Hayden is like Anjaneya (pic posted above). 'Oldon, I say 'OWDON A DANG MINUTE RIGHT THERE 1 COTTON PICKIN' MINUTE. Did Badri just call Hayden a Monkey? Link to comment
