He most probably will himself lose this time.. keepigng my fingers crossed.. Laloo is an idiot but Suraj is completely correct. This is exactly what my argument would be. Every Indian citizen is an Indian citizen. Period. There is no demarcation on who was born in Pakistan, or Bangladesh or whatever. In fact if BJP chooses to push for EC to sue Laloo over this they would have a very strong case. How can a political party talk about a fellow Indian leader in a sarcastic manner???? That too during election season with Moral code of conduct very much on? I think BJP might have missed a chance here. Surprised how Jaitley missed this one.
