Batting R/Rs: DC(8.63), DD(8.43), CSK(8.37), MI(7.8), KXIP(7.43), BRC(7.02), KKR(6.32), RR(5.96) Bowling E/Rs: MI(6.6), RR(7.06), KXIP(7.23), DC(7.32), BRC(7.47), CSK(7.6), KKR(7.97), DD(8.23) RR's and KKR's weak batting was expected, and so was DD's, CSK's and DC's strong batting. KXIP's batting has been a disappointment. Jayawardene should probably be replaced by Pomersbach and even Bopara has failed in 4 out of 5 innings. KKR's batting has been a bit too bad. Before the tournament started I thought DD had the strongest bowling attack with McG, Nehra, Vettori, Mishra and Sangwan/YoM/Sehwag. But it has been a big big disappointment. (some of which seems to be due to odd selection policies). MI's bowling has been a pleasant surprise (it looked weak since they relied on a lot of allrounders but Malinga has been phenomenal). DC has also managed to put respectable figures thanks to Fidel, Ojha and RP. (Fidel has been critical to their success and he will be a hard man to replace. I can see DC losing some matches when Fidel departs). Also surprised to see that KXIP bowling has been in the top 3 instead of bottom 3. (Somehow still believe that it will end up in the bottom 3). KKR's task is cut out as they have been bad in both batting and bowling, and with Gayle leaving it's hard to see what a winning team combination could be. BRC has still some hope left if they can fix their selection policies and team strategies.
