Is This The Turning Point for Pakistan Cricket?

Turning point for sure. The batsmen hogged the lime light for a long time. Now the bowlers are showing what they are capable of. Turning point indeed.

Pak start winning when it's do or die' date=' like they did against new zealand and never looked back after that game until the cup was won, same here there under pressure 2-0 down, dont forget before that nz game they where awful no one gave them a chance. but they did bounce back so im confident they will win the remaining 3 games. and win the series 3-2, also if Nazir is included i think this will increase pakistan's chances of winning.[/quote'] Anything more you'd like to add to that?

BCCI and our players are fighting a losing battle. There’s no way WADA is going to amend its clause because some cricket board and its players don’t like it.

Err... oops..:D
Uefa,Fifa, basketball, volleyball and ice hockey didnt accept this.Fifa accepted the agreement after it was revised and only players who are injured, suspended or nt regularly with a team will be tested and their name will be forwarded by fifa.mans only those hwo fifa allow will be tested.also players on holidays wont be tested. BCCI doesnt need WADA.Bt ICC needs BCCI for the game.WADA is essential for sports which are olymic sports which cricket is not.Even ATP hasnt accepted it.There is a case going on ineuropean union court againist this rule.Btw privacy laws in India are a lot stringer in India and if players invoke it WADA cannot do anything.I dare the ICC cant ban BCCI so the only option is WADA revises the rules as it did for FIFA.According to FIFA WADA cant treat team and individual sports on the same line. Also recently the CAS lusaane rejected the views of WADA againist PCB and akhtar and Asif as PCB is nt a signatory of WADA. So in reality the WADA cant do a thing. Will icc survive without BCCI and its money?I doubt.ICC most probably will withdraw from WADA

No doubt this tour has been horrible for Pakistan, and since last 2 years they have been struggling consistently. I hope we get back on track before championship trophy, gotta good feeling that we will claim it. Pakistan should play a series against India to get back in form. :winky:

In onedayers and tests, you have build an innings and take wickets . afridi's cameos and gul's fuller length deliveries are not going to be good enough to win here. the only consolation is there is no one undisputed no 1 as australia used to be. SA is overrated.so its open competition.

They have turned 360 degrees and are now walking back.
Ahem 360 degrees and they walk forward. Surely they turned 180 degrees on a slope.

Just wait till the next series, it will go down as usual. It's not the lack of ability they suffer they have problems in the administration, the set up changes quicker than Obama's change of dress. The team is still going to be isolated by the international community. Not because of players or the ones involved in the sport but their radical population screws it up for everyone unfortunately. That country has far too many bigger problems than worry about cricket. On top of that the players seem to behave OK under Younis Khan but you never know with them, someone like Abdul Razzak right after this world cup could already start hatching a plan to captain this team now that Younis Khan has retired from the T20 team. That said, I have always had fantastic respect for Younis Khan. He has the right attitude and unlike the past few captains he knows how not to mix religion with sports. Pakistan should do everything to keep him at helm.
Glad to see I didn't miss the mark by much, Younis Khan isn't the captain and it's Yousuf captaining Pakistan. Hardly been few months but there already is change of guard. Pakistan cricket has always been like this, it isn't showing signs of changing as yet.
