Kingfisher - website suxxx as it can not process international credit cards , over the phone the customer service EXECUTIVE wasted 30 mins to take all details and in the end said "oh the credit card isnt working " I said try another one and she hung up. MakeMytrip.com: Their chat experts dont know the best fare as per their own search engine. Anyway I entered all the info and selected the flights to take .. everything was awesome... got my Booking number with a message saying "payment processed" while booking a hotel I checked the booking again but it wouldnt show up. Called the company and they told me "oh its declined, sorry u dont have a booking" I was like ":WTF: u sent me confirmation , what if I had not checked it .... " .. answer "sorry sir" ... I asked to cancel "it may take few days as I need to send an email to supervisor" .... I said "if there is no booking why would u need to take 5 days to cancel a non-existent booking " ... anyway she gave me a cancellation number and dumbFeck said "thanks for choosing makemytrip.com" :mad:
