Kohum Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 Does the power light on your pc blink, after the comp has shut down? Do you have a DMM ? My first guess is your PS is out of it's life and time to buy a new one. If you open up HP, you will see the wattage and other tech details necessary to buy a new one. It should be pretty cheap.
