thevortex Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 Very entertaining SJS50! But really, Sir Aggy deserves some respect - not the tongue in cheek variety :).
SJS50 Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 There was no tongue in my cheek as I rote that trust me. I have devotion in my eyes, a rosary in my hand and a prayer in my heart even before I mouth his holy name let alone move my cheeky tongue around my unholy mouth !
SJS50 Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 I like the thread title for one more reason. . . Sir Aggy (PBUH) was more "tail-unted" for sure . . . at least it sounds right :-)
thevortex Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 Seriously though, he was and still is talented. :)
Roshanrocks Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 i used to like agarkar, he used to ball genuinely quick with plenty of yorkers genuine wickettaker ... n then God only knows wat happened... he is still nippy but... directionless...
Vikas Bhatt Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 Akram's real talents lay in fixing matches and his team captains. Agarkar's real talents lay in fixing his own fragile knee, being a useless and injury prone forever promising to deliver on his 'all round potential'. So there can be no comparison. Under any case a comparison in T20s and JAMODIs can't be a realistic perimeter to decide either someone's potential or greatness. It can be only measured in tests and we all know where Aquackar compares to Akram in tests..... AFAIC, anyone who thinks Ahgarkar can be better than anybody [save the idiotic inconsistent show ponies Sreesanth and Nehra] needs to see a good shrink on the couch.
Gunner_Mania Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 AFAIC, anyone who thinks Ahgarkar can be better than anybody [save the idiotic inconsistent show ponies Sreesanth and Nehra] needs to see a good shrink on the couch. The sarcasm detector shows the reading as 0 for you.
SJS50 Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 The biggest tragedy for a scribe is for people to laugh when he is trying to be somber and for them to take him seriously when he thinks he is being funny :WTF: :WTF: :WTF:
SJS50 Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 thats used for dead people AFAIK ... If you are going to take every thing so seriously here are more appropriate Tendulkar pictures for your avatar. Cheer up mate.
Roshanrocks Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 "THE LEGEND" will be battling against formidable opponets tonight.... DADA should use him as an opening bowler as well as opening batsman tonight.... his potential will finally be unleashed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shawn Posted June 30, 2010 Posted June 30, 2010 Agarkar is more talented than Akram? :haha: No offence, but this is stupid.
Pak_Fan_4_Eva Posted June 30, 2010 Posted June 30, 2010 A thread like this existed? roflmaobbqsaucomness :hysterical:
Desi Cartman Posted June 30, 2010 Posted June 30, 2010 ^ are you disagreeing with the facts presented :dontknow:
Pak_Fan_4_Eva Posted June 30, 2010 Posted June 30, 2010 ^yes. Going by stats, Sachin is half of what Bradman was :P Obviously you would`ve had someone better than Akram`s clone. That`s why he was dropped, wasn`t he?:cantstop:
