At last, Diego made the right decision by starting with Higuain/ Angel di Santo and dropping Tevez/ 'Kim' Aguero to the bench. This is Higuain's debut and he opened the scoring for Argentina. Picking Higuain has been a long time coming, about bloody time. Interesting to see Aimar back as well, he set a goal up apparently. he was so wicked for Valencia a few years ago. Its the defence though, thats whack. No Walter Samuel even though hes pretty solid, No Garay though he s supposed to be a decent young def, and Heinze keeps getting picked even though he's rubbish Also. No Cambiasso. WTF? They were so weird that he was even booed by the Argentinean faithfuls during one of the matches. Players like Veron and Palermo (the one who scored against the bottom ranked Peru is playing after ten years of absence from the national team) are just two of those.
