Warne was NEVER caught using performance inducing drugs. He was caught for a masking agent which might be a genuine mistake. At that time neither ACB nor ICC were signed with WADA so they had no need to punish Warne at all. they could have let him go scot free like PCB. They still gave him 1 year to make him an example Link to comment
