ViruRulez
Actually I will need a detailed one later on' date=' but right now I can manage with a very basic one. Adding slides, water marks etc. I will get Adobe Premiere later.[/quote'] There are ways to get these done. But that includes a lot of headache. I personally had bought Watermark Master from Videocharge around 2 years ago and it is still working fine. But it might be a bit expensive if you are looking for a completely free one though it is completely worth every bit of the money. I would instead advise you to look at video charge which has got its basic version for as low as 30 dollars. They are quality softwares and in fact, Video Charge has got more functions and updates than Watermark Master though the basic version has got lesser I suppose. Give it a try and I am sure you will like it. To check all the various versions of video charge you can check http://www.videocharge.com/Products/vc/full_diff.php and their costs are in this link http://www.videocharge.com/purchase.php?vcs=1 If you want to check Watermark Master then you can check http://www.videocharge.com/Products/wm/main.php In free alternatives, I dont remember watermarking features over the head. But giveawayoftheday.com sometimes gives away free video editing tools but you have to check that everyday. But those tools are not as good as Video Charge or Watermark Master. VC and WM also have very good support and I get the support replies sometimes within minutes or hours.

ViruRulez
Any good tools for editing MP4 vids? The video software I mentioned in my post above also works for MP4 videos If you want to go for free software and dont need watermark then you can also download youtube video downloader from download.com (it is in their popular softwares) .. it has got an inbuilt yet effective video conversion tool using ffmpeg .. install the software, open it and select "convert a previously downloaded video" and choose the format you want to convert to and then start conversion .. if you cannot see the files by default then select all files as the default is flv files
ViruRulez
You can also go for one more paid yet cheaper software http://www.dvd-ripper-copy.com/video-converter-platinum.html I am using it too and it supports all formats and conversions
