tight bowling, and a general lack of footwork in the batting led to a tight, fairly low scoring game. really like the look of sandeep sharma. didn't get to watch much of the pakistani bowling so can't comment. pakistans top order batting seemed to suffer all the same problems as the senior side (non-existent footwork) while i was watching, though to my surprise they recovered well when i checked back on the score, so must have some steely middle order players. and about the "pathetic" batting conditions? weren't that bad in my view. u19s in general cant handle much swing. the outfield was a bit on the slow side though.

it was a pretty low score but we made a good fight of it if we had just held on to our catches, and bowled a few yorkers in the end, we would have .........
