Re: Casino Royale hmm...I saw the movie last night and i have a positive and a negitive review about this movie. Positive in a sense that they finally got rid of all the cliched Bond stuff and made a regular Action Thriller...for the same reason i have a negative review. If you are a diehard Bond fan and u wanna see Gadgets and Girls this will be dissapointing. As per the Bond the man himslef...reminds me a lot of Sean Connery. The most interesting thing i though about this movie was that the way they incorporated the Bond psyche into action of the Bond character. Previous Bonds have all been the same. Good looking, womanizing, and very slick. This one is a brute. His presense on the screen seems like a kingkong ready to break evryones bones like twigs. He is ready to get dirty. Doesn't care about sweet talking to a woman. He knows he will get women. Overall as a traditional Bond flick its ok 6/10 as a new Bond film 7/10

No hot girls or gadgets ? Boo ! Going by your description, it sounds like Daniel Craig is just a sh*tty version of Timothy Dalton. Bond is not supposed to be a king-kong !! I haven't seen it yet, and i am not sure if i will. The last two Bonds were rubbish, so i am not expecting much from this one. James Bond films aren't meant to be all-action thrillers...they are all about suspense and interesting plots, ala the Sean Connery films.

Re: Casino Royale Agree with you Max. He is a sh1tty version of Dalton. Just ddin't feel like a Bond movie - more like a standard thriller with bit more action. Not recommended. :eew:

Re: Casino Royale Craig has done well and they should persist with him for next few 007 movies. As for the movie itself it was OK, more emotional than the usual thrills and stuff.
