We dont know if this is actually Rashid himself. Even if it was, who knows how much of it is the truth and how much is exaggeration/plain falsehoods. Even if there elements of truth in what he has said, there's nothing to be surprised really. Pakistan team has always been full of shady characters. In the context of all that we now know of 'em, you have to question the validity of some their wins in the past and ask yourself how much was due to performance on the field and how much was due to the activities off it.

I don't know if it's a legit site or not, but he does seem to have copies of faxes that look legit where the PCB is basically more concerned about leaks to the press (latif talking to a journo about match fixing) than actually investigating the allegations.
