Lurker
Even die hard Pakis would not be able to put up a straight face and say that moaissh vinnaar Showape would have dominated Bradman. I agree Bradman could not have played Akhtar. He also could not have played Cairns. e6gPMq9qOTM Link to comment

King Tendulkar
Even die hard Pakis would not be able to put up a straight face and say that moaissh vinnaar Showape would have dominated Bradman. Well Bradman would not have a clue what would have hit him. As Mr Bradman would not have seen seen someone bowl a 98 mph chuck, with suncream soaking one side of the ball, so making it shape like a bannana with reverse swing. Then have the ape hurl abuse him at him and bowl the next ball at his head! All things he never faced and dealt with in the sweet old rose tinted 30s. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
Because there is no evidence. Any little evidence there is ... its in the bodyline series. From his own words ... he did not approve of short pitch bowling and did not like it one bit. If batsman say tihngs like that today they will get ridiculed. That is why 2 bouncers per over, helmet, arm guard, chest guard, abdomen guard, Why can't they bat like Bradman, Viv Richards without helmet. Even Kumble's deliveries can break your bone . Imagine those guys wearing just gloves and pad. Would any of these guys will be willing to play even against Bangladesh with just pad and gloves? Link to comment
King Tendulkar
I would take Bradman for sure. 100 out of 100 times. And you would be dead 100 out of 100 times:hysterical: It would be pure comedy seeing a 30s bat facing a modern day team.:hysterical: Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Next you would choose A 30s runner over a modern day african olympiad to run for your life! What next Fred Perry to play Nadal:hysterical: Link to comment
King Tendulkar
So who if your life was at stake would you want to bat for your life tommorow against a current test match attack? Bradman from 30s or Tendulkar of 2010? p.s just want an answer of bradman or tendulkar and no smoke screen avoidance of the question Anyone else living in la la land choosing Bradman Link to comment

vvvslaxman
ohh vvs baba ... Larwood wasnt bowling head high bouncers ... he was aiming at the body ... ribcage. Something that happens on a regular basis these days. Understand the difference between a bouncer and a rib tickler. Not all short bowling is aimed to blow your head off. Bert Oldfield is hit in the head after Harold Larwood's delivery deflected off his bat. Must be really fun getting hit on the head without helmet. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Tendulkar is the greatest bat ever. If some want to argue Bradman is the most dominant bat according to his era in history, fair enough. But to say he has the skills of modern day bats and could face modern day bowlers and compete in a modern day match is quite frankly ludicrous. Some of you guys are in la la land! Link to comment
Lurker
Okay tx Which is why you should stay clear of the retards.
