Sreesanth, Rudra Pratap Singh, Sudip Tyagi and Munaf Patel. Should Ashish Nehra turn out for Delhi Daredevils in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore, he may be picked as a third seamer. The selectors will have to consider the fitness report of the left-arm seamer. In the circumstances Karnataka seamer R. Vinay Kumar, who has been consistent in all forms of the game this season, stands a bright chance of getting the nod from the selectors. The selectors may have realised that the time has come for them to recognise a diligent cricketer who has plenty of wickets to show for this season. Yusuf Pathan and Ravindra Jadeja most probably will take the two all-rounder's slot and Harbhajan Singh and Pragyan Ojha, the spin department positions. Other spinners to look at are leg-spinners Amit Mishra and Piyush Chawla. The seven batsmen are likely to be Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Dinesh Karthik (as second wicketkeeper also) and two among the four in Suresh Raina, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Manish Pandey. Raina has to be a sure shot selection and Kohli too is likely to make the squad.

I am not like u to thrash playesr based on one or 2 matches...he performed well in domestic tourney for 5 years...and u want a guy played for one year in Div "B" just because he bowls @ 140 :giggle: If he fails he will be thrown out of team..why u r passing judgement even before tourney starts....
