Temujin Khaghan Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 lol at your thinking... I was thinking how bad your bowlers are, an they really are POOR... Then mymind went to our batsmen, and the really are even WORST... So i made an unbeatable XI... And the common thing about both our battingand your bowlers is the high number of tried players!!! i think the problem with pakistani batsmen is inconsitency and that they are mental. they ruin matches with stupid shot selection. so the main problem lies in the execution. whereas for indian bowlers the problem is in training itself. they seem to try hard on the field but eventually fail. with indian bowlers its the lack of application and long term vision. they are only thinking about short term goals. i wish they take a break, play some county cricket in the english conditions... (maybe even take inspiration from legendary bowlers like imran, mcgrath or lillee who became such huge talents through hard work and training) and comeback stronger.
achilles Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 GAVIN LARSEN yeah well you would find a couple here and there or maybe in 1 in every national team - very rare but at first class level we have an entire breed who bowl strict military medium and cant bat. ALL THESE GUYS STRICTLY IN THE 125-130 BRACKET. STRICTLY RIGHT ARM MEDIUM TRIVEDI KULKARNI YOMAHESH VINAY KUMAR GONY PANKAJ SINGH BALAJI - HE WAS FASTER ONCE... NOW HIS SLOWER DELIVERY IS HIS STOCK BALL JOGINDER HARMEET SINGH JASKARAN SINGH MUNAF PATEL - ONCE FAST NOW STRICTLY NEAR 128 - 130 THESE GUYS CAN MANAGE BATTING SHUKLA CAN SPANK A FEW BUT IS NOW MORE A BITS AND PIECES TYPE PRAVEEN CAN SPANK A FEW AND A GOOD SWING BOWLER RAJAT CAN MANAGE BATTING IRFAN PATHAN IS THE ONLY GENUINE ALLROUNDER P.S - this is not even the full list - i mentioned only those bowlers who play in the IPL. There are more who can bowl military medium and have no talent in batting at the first class level. Quite informative :hatsoff: SREESANTH.. he is the fastest we have and it is about time we stop neglecting him... he along with Zaheer should be leading our bowlers in WC2011..genuine wicket taker who might go for a few (who doesn't!! in this current set-up..)' date=' atleast he gets a couple of the top order batsmen[/quote'] Sreesanth MUST be feeling the pinch of having Mithun being picked over him. If he's not, he'll have a tough task coming back
saneindian Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 Quite informative :hatsoff: Sreesanth MUST be feeling the pinch of having Mithun being picked over him. If he's not, he'll have a tough task coming back Sreesanth isn't a ODI bowler esp for ODIs in the subcontinent. Let him play tests for us and ODIs only outside the sub continent. Should stay away from the shorter formats (as should Ishant). These guys will gain nothing by playing non stop on lifeless pitches.
CG Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 he too does not..he is very over hyped...we dont need morons nobody in the world bowls consistently over 140km/h.look at STEYN and MORKEL They were 130-150 in india but in west indies are 130-140km/h,so have they dropped speed? no speed guns around the world are not the same. Sreesanth,Ishant, Have always clocked higher in australia and southafrica allthough,i 2007 in ind versus australia odi series sreesanth clocked 149km/h.some of replies given just proves why most fans are ***holes. Just watch international cricket and you will get to know ,even if you do not get time watch highlights. also umesh yadav clocked 143.9km/h and dinda 143km/h Fastest SPEED RECORDED FOR INDIAN BOWLER BY TEN SPORTS OR SABC SPEED GUNS:eyedance::eyedance::eyedance:
