It is too much of a radical change to ever be introduced but as a concept it is the best way to grow the sport internationally. Associate countries could import talent rather than have to produce 11 quality players themselves and get to watch world class visiting sides regularly. Whether places like Belgium, PNG, Malaysia etc could sustain a pro franchise is debatable/unlikely but if they could then this is a good idea.
