Lord Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 any news on him?his ban was supposed to end on May 1.hes still 29.can pay big shots n better bat than some that play for Windies nowadays.can be an asset to them in WC
Serani Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 he is unbanned. has already played some 2020 for Jamaica.
Lord Posted June 4, 2010 Author Posted June 4, 2010 he is unbanned. has already played some 2020 for Jamaica. o why wasnt he selected for Windies v SA?i thought he should have a automatic choice.hes certainly better than Deonarine n Fletcher
Serani Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 you cant select some one without any match practice. im not sure if he is on the a tour to england actually. he is still a failure at test level anyway.
Karan114 Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 o why wasnt he selected for Windies v SA?i thought he should have a automatic choice.hes certainly better than Deonarine n Fletcher Deonarine isn't that bad in comparison. I mean, Samuels has an ordinary record himself, he's no Lara. They'd be better off going with Adrian Barath who looked a superb talent on his Test debut in Australia.
Lord Posted June 4, 2010 Author Posted June 4, 2010 Deonarine isn't that bad in comparison. I mean, Samuels has an ordinary record himself, he's no Lara. They'd be better off going with Adrian Barath who looked a superb talent on his Test debut in Australia. Barath is injured.otherwise hes sure to open wiith Gayle. Samuels is a handy ODI cricketer.can hit the long ball.n is a handy offie too.better option than Deonarine IMO
