... I simply don't believe Akhtar and Asif when they say they had "no idea" what they were injesting--a banned substance or just some kind of supplement. Athletes know everything they put in their bodies and to be this aloof--I just don't buy it. They obviously knew what cocaine was and that knowledge didn't prevent them from not taking it. They thought they could get away with the blow and I'm pretty sure they figured the same for the nandrolone. I don't think Asif has done anything like this before, ... ... but just to view Shoaib's body over the years (how his forearm muscles bulge out even when at rest; his narrow heels and ridiculously wide calf muslces) ... ... makes me think he's probably been doing this for a while.

No it doesn't. You can still get high quantities of banned substances if they're injested from some other source or maybe the trace molecule was improperly tested for--a wrong conclusion might have been reached. I'm just saying, ... that my gut feeling on this (considering Shoaib has a history of going out of his way to not undergo drug tests) is that he was pushing the limit. He thought he could get away with it. He might have; a thousand times he might have; but he couldn't do it a thousand and one times. What sets me over is that cocaine was also found in his system--I'm pretty sure he knows it'll be hell to pay if his Captain and team find out about that one--didn't stop him there.

Do any of you actually have any evidence for some of the rubbish you spout? How the hell would Shoaib be able to get away without giving a sample if it was requested? d_r, it's simply a waste of time trying to reason with you.
