Aamer was running INTENTIONALLY at Ponting (like he did to Clarke). Ponting only put the arm out as self defense.

dont think so,if that was the case,Amer wouldnt hv turned so quickly. n u dont put elbow out for self defense:giggle:.he could've got aside or put his hand up in pronunced manner to signal Amer to stop.Ponting elbowed him intentionally

During the first session yesterday Michael Holding read out an ICC message from Broad in which he said he'd had a word with both players regarding the incident and on top of that it was a non-incident. Not surprised the media didn't report everything, they knew it would create some debate, which is good for them.

Actually sorry but no. Holding said he would have liked to have seen that both players been spoken with. Not that it was done.
