Shine Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni did not even have time for a honeymoon as he had to arrive in Sri Lanka for the current tour soon after his marriage to his long time girl friend Sakshi. However Sakshi who accompanied Dhoni on the tour was itching to cook a meal for her husband and could not wait till she got back home. So the 21-year old who has done her hotel management from Aurangabad and internship from a five star hotel in Kolkata, had decided invaded the kitchen of the Indian team hotel Taj Samudra in Colombo and cooked a meal for her husband on Friday. One of the hotel's kitchen's was used as the rasoi. Helped by a chef, Sakshi cooked, dal, chicken fry and fish fingers. The couple had the dinner in their room. Mr. Vimal Seth, the Indian General Manager of the hotel didn't wish to be quoted, however, the chief chef, Dhatiye Kawage did confirm about Mrs. Dhoni's presence in the kitchen on Friday. "Yes, she prepared few special dishes yesterday but I can not disclose the menu prepared by her. However, I can say that the dishes prepared by her were very tasty", he said from Colombo. "Sakshi has very little interest in the game and does not come on ground to watch the matches. Most of the time she stays in the hotel-room and sometimes goes for shopping", a member of the team (not a player) revealed. "Dhoni doesn't take alcohols but he is a milk-a-holic", another source said. "When he was young he had one favourite, milk! He likes milk very much. He likes Alu Bhujia (the way it is made in his home) too. At the early days of his life, he never ate meat. At one point in time, the family members were eating meat at home, but he never did.
