Did the BCCI or Sehwag call up your board and demand action? NO. Sangakarra is a bas...ket of lies and deceit. And he's actually justifying his team's unsportsmanlike actions. And so are you. If Sangakarra and his boys have ANY dignity, they should STOP PLAYING IN OUR IPL AND EARN OUR MONEY. Thank you very much.
Really? then should Harbajan stop plying in the IPL as well ? Lets not talk about Bajans Sportsmanlike attitude please..

FYI, Bhajji was banned from playing in the IPL for 1 year for his behavior. Besides, the post you commented is arguing that Since to whinga, it is the fault of Indians and BCCI that they whole issue got big, maybe he should get some pride and stop playing in the league formed by Indians and BCCI.When Bhajji says that Symmonds and CA were responsible for monkeygate and then goes to Australia to play in their domestic league, then you can bring bhajji into the equation. As much i hate whinga, he didnt act like a paki i.e badmouth India and hindus, tell everyone that they would never play in IPL and CL and then hold a begging bowl and ask why they werent invited to CL!!So i would still watch his team's games.

Sanga has become Nanga and is throwing all the toys out of the pram. u must accept the guy has incredibly thick skin for maintaining Randiv's delivery was still "a greay area". may be the cameraman should present him with a 'colourful' video clip!!! i really enjoy his discomfort for the past 2 days and his embarassment at having to swallow his own sinhalese words and giving a whole new meaning to it even after getting caught pants down with Dilshan! for all his ridiculing of ICC World ranking, India gave him a fitting reply in the final test. he keeps on mentioning the dropped catches off Sachin, while conveniently forgetting his own luck when Indian fielders dropped easy catches off him in 1st test and 3rd test which helped SL get away.typical whinger. deserves all the crap he is getting .........

check this for his Gyan in his blog: Sehwag incident leaves bitter taste, but time to move on Posted by Kumar | Posted in All Entries, Sanga Writes 2010 | Posted on 18-08-2010 Virender Sehwag guided India to a win with an unbeaten 99 If losing our second game was not a big enough disappointment, the Sehwag no ball incident left us even more upset. Deliberately bowling a no ball to deny a batsman a well-deserved century quite simply has no place on the field of cricket. As international players we have a duty and responsibility to protect the spirit of the game at all times. Right from the start of my schoolboy career at Trinity College, sportsmanship and the spirit of cricket has always been a very important part of my game. I can assure you all that no instructions were sent by me to bowl a no ball. Of course, like any competitive captain, I would have been happy taking Sehwag’s wicket or stopping the winning runs for as long as possible, but intentionally bowling a no ball to deny Virender his hundred is not how I play my cricket. People who know me, know that. The truth is that a foolish mistake was made at the heat of the moment and I know Suraj (Randiv) regrets it now. I also have no doubt that Suraj, a youngster with a great attitude and big future, will learn from this. He is an important player for us and we need to look after and protect him. I made my thoughts known to the players and team management straight after the game in the strongest possible terms. On Tuesday, I also communicated my feelings to Sri Lanka Cricket. They launched an inquiry, which has been completed. What they do is up to them, but now that the mistake has been made – no matter who was actually involved and how it happened – the whole team has to take collective responsibility. Apologies have been made to both Virender and the India team management. At the same time, while I guess the Indian media will try to sensationalise this as much possible, an important series is on and we have to re-focus as quickly as possible on winning our third game. This is the most important thing for us now.................. http://www.kumarsangakkara.lk/sangablog/?p=397 ======================= some one should ask him what did he mean when he told Randiv in sinhalese after the 3rd delivery? liar...

His comments about Sachin's vulnerability against left arm pace and justification of his captaincy tactics on the final day of 3rd test: http://www.kumarsangakkara.lk/sangablog/?p=394 Disappointment at P. Sara ................... Since the Test I’ve had a few upset supporters sending me e-mails to ask why I did not use Lasith (Malinga) first instead of Chanaka (Welegedera) on the final morning. One passionate fan also wrote in to complain about my field placements and criticising us for being too defensive (I think he said “a school boy could have captained better”!). Let me explain the thinking so even if you don’t agree you will understand the thinking behind some of our decision-making. Our plan on the final morning was to target Sachin. If you look at his performances he has been quite vulnerable to the left-armer in recent times. The angle seems to upset his footwork. The plan was for Welegedera to bowl a mixture of cutters while trying to bring the ball back to trap him lbw. This was our Plan A. You might ask why start with this plan rather than using Lasith, our most potent pace bowler in the series, immediately. There were two considerations here. Firstly, we had to manage Lasith’s workload very conservatively given the state of his body. Already, the previous evening, I had gambled by pulling him back for two extra overs and he’d been pretty tired. I knew we did not have many Lasith overs up my sleeve and my belief was we had to use those precious overs when conditions were best for him: when the ball was ready to reverse swing. So we used traditional attack with the relatively new ball as Plan A and then Lasith with his reverse swing as Plan B. Of course, if Lasith was a machine we could have used him non-stop! In terms of field placements being defensive, fans need to understand a couple of issues that have to taken into consideration here. The first general point is that we have some unorthodox players and we have learnt that conventional “attacking” fields do not always work well with these guys. Unorthodox bowlers often need unconventional fields. For example, Lasith can have three slips and a gully when bowling with the new ball as it swings out like a normal outswing bowler, but when the ball is reversing we feel we are better with catchers on the leg-side at leg slip or short mid-wicket or deep short leg. Ajantha is another unorthodox bowler and you can’t just use normal fields for him. He bowls fairly straight and he turns the ball both ways. This variation is great, but it also poses problems when batsmen read him because they are able to score off both sides of the wicket. Even if Ajantha is bowling well, his style is such that batsmen are often able to pick up 3 to 4 runs quite easily with singles. To stop runs leaking at 5 to 6 runs per over or more he needs some protection and that means a relatively spread field including some cover on the boundary. For Suraj Randiv, we operated for the most part with a heavily loaded leg side field with him bowling from around the wicket. At times we had a 7-2 field. Thus, unlike Ajantha, we were able to stack one side. However, by the final morning we also knew that Suraj was a our best chance of winning the game and that for him to do so he needed as much time as possible. That meant he too needed some protection on the boundary while also having close-catchers. I appreciate that some fans are not familiar with the kind of in-out fields that are becoming more commonplace in international Test cricket these days. Captains in the past just used to just ring the bat with the spinners and have lots of slips with the quicks. But field placements have had to adapt to the bolder batting styles we are seeing evolve now in Test cricket. Today, in good batting conditions, you need to balance attack while also minimising boundaries to be able to maintain pressure.

some one should ask him what did he mean when he told Randiv in sinhalese after the 3rd delivery? liar...
Really ? do u understand Sinhalese now ? The exact words he said was "Gahuwata Hambavenawa Uta".... Meaning "He will still get it"... he didnt say "bowl a no ball" like the pathetic india media wanted to say.. what might have happened was ..someone "Dilshan" has said to bowl a no-ball to Randiv..& Sanga said to him "He will still get it"... meaning it doesnt matter..shewag will still get his hundred.. but As a captain Sanga should've put a stop to this..but didnt.. for that he is gulty..but he did NOT say bowl a No-Ball to Randv.. that audio is clearly twisted & made in to what the India media wanted u all to hear.. dont swallow it

u r pathetic and ur captain was even more so, because as per your own version, which i have highlighted in red above, Sanga was aware of Dilshan telling Randiv to bowl a 'no-ball'', but despite that, the great Captain of SRI LANKA, who is professing " that is not the way i play my cricket", did not instruct his young bowler to desist from bowling an intentional /deliberate no ball to deprive Sehwag of a 'well deserved century"!!! more over that your pathetic play acting captain was giving oscar performances right through the subsequent press conferences that , Randiv is a good player, he wont do that, i am sure it is not deliberate". how many tongues to you guys have by the way? and what side you use to spew out lies like these?

^ According to me and lot of other neutral cricket fans' date=' that country is India.[/quote'] You are either blind or a complete moron:eyedance:, India didnt even lodge a complaint. if SLC is doing something, we (India / BCCI) cant ask them not to do it

I think Sehwag did made a huge issue out of it. When the players had already apologied to him, he should've shut his trap and not WUM using Twitter or any other medium. Sehwag has made a fool of himself by first trying to tell that 'it happens' and then later showing different emotions in the post match conference and now Twitter.

Yes Sanga is wrong in NOT PREVENTING it.. Yes he knew that Randiv was going to bowl a no ball & did nothing to stop it.. He is guilty of that And I do not defend him for his actions & I am ashamed by how he acted.. and We don not believe he is a great captain..Mahela was a great captain..Ranatunge was a great captain..but Sanga is not.. My view is Sanga ***ed up..& got in to more toruble by trying to deny of his knowledge about it..everybody saw that although he may not have given the order he knew about it & did nothing to prevent it...so yeah he is guilty but this is done by almost everyone ne ? your Bajan denied ever saying that so called "*****y Word" to Symonds, but who is he kidding really ? in the heat of the moment things happen & trying to weasel your self out of any blame just makes get in to more trouble...
