ViruRulez Posted September 30, 2010 Share Posted September 30, 2010 This is the ideal day for Indian democracy and this judgment is the awesome reflection of the nation .. great verdict The land will be divided into three parts. The first part where the Ram Janmabhoomi claims is the birthplace of Ram is fully accepted by judiciary and given to the Ram Janmabhoomi for construction of Ram Mandir. The second part is to be given for the construction of Mosque. The third part will be given to the third contender Nirmohiya Akhara. Really awesome judgment and I have been saying about this for years. This is surely a landmark judgment and hope that nobody goes to the Supreme Court. All the land around the disputed land which were taken over by UP govt after the dispute will be again shared back between the three parties in a way that it does not disturb the way of walking etc. towards that place .. till 3 months status quo will remain within which the parties will have to divide the land equally in a manner so that it does not disturb the movement of one another Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The whole thing was about who owned the land , not to come up with some imaginery 1/3 rd split idea. However, the fact it a panchayat type verdict and not a legal judegemt is not a bad thing. Basically 2/3rd ton Hindus and 1/3rd Muslims. But cleverley spilt it up to 1 /3 rd muslims, 1 /3rd 1/3rd Hindu trust. Idols remain and were ram was born site is given to hindus.
