There was never a chase ' date=' that odi records would never be broken having said that Sachin would gladly exchange some of those records for one of three world cups [b']which Ponting has won.

I really feel irritated with these kind of statements. Where the other team members AOL and the world cup was awarded to only Ponting and not team Aus? Ponting only majorly contributed in one of 4 WC he played in yet ur statement sounds like he won all 4 singlehandedly The correct statement would be - Sachin would have liked to be a part of a world cup winning team like Ponting
