ludhianvi Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Back to Back Centuries for Harbhajan Singh Woah, this is brilliant and both were crucial in the context of the match. Well played by Harbhajan. And credit to Sreesanth as well for sticking around and in the process, he has also faced the maximum number of balls as well. :hatsoff:
Ranjha Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 What a performance from Harbhajan Singh. 7 sixes in this innings. This is a larger than life innings from Bhajji. Incredible!
Tapioca Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 13 sixes in two tests - only Sidhu (11 v SL 1992/3) among Indians had scored 10+ in a series The world record for most in a series is only 14.
fineleg Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 The 60+, 100+ and 100+ not out have all come at important times and when the batting had a collapse. Well done Harby! Excellent knock, and kudos to Sreesanth for keeping his cool and enabling the century. He (HS) deserved the not out for the innings which he got. Tight call for Sreesanth else the two could have added even more.

Arminder Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 wat if he scores another century in next test match.:two_thumbs_up: it will be record for india:dance:
Watson87 Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Bhajji should open the batting with Sehwag lol

hari504504 Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 He's the all rounder we were lookin for.. After this Jadeja should be locked up in an underground prison in the Andamans with the key thrown away into mount Merapi
girishk14 Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 :-P just a week ago, most people were calling for Bhajji's head :-P Now hez the national hero :-)
Sachinism Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Top run scorer of the series - 295 runs @ 147.5 S/R of 72.66, second only to Sehwag *faint*
ZodiaC Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 This is not the first time he has played such a knock under pressure, he has played several crucial ones, though not big - including the one vs Aus obviously. He should take his batting a bit more seriously, he's the solution to our batting issues in ODIs.

saneindian Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 He now needs to repeat his 1st innings performance of 4 wickets for 10 runs (in that spell on day 2 monring).
achilles Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 If he figures out his batting in ODIs, we can go in for another batsman, Robin Uthappa to be precise, at No.7. :two_thumbs_up:
Sid Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 If he figures out his batting in ODIs' date=' we can go in for another batsman, Robin Uthappa to be precise, at No.7. :two_thumbs_up:[/quote'] What are you trying to say,if his batting improves, that will allow one more bowler in the team ,not a batsman, lol
hari504504 Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 What are you trying to say' date='if his batting improves, that will allow one more bowler in the team ,not a batsman,lol[/quote'] We don't have any noteably good bowlers knocking at the doors.. how about another hard hitting all-rounder.. Irfan/Yousuf Pathan/Ashwin IMO, that would really give us some batting depth in the WC
